Networks of Wellbeing has set a '25 Years of Belief' fund-raising target of £25,000 to mark the 25 years we have been offering support in the NHS Grampian area in Northeast Scotland. To make a donation visit our Just Giving page here.

We believe that in working together as a caring and compassionate community we can reduce stigma, improve our mental health and wellbeing, and make it easier for each of us to ask for support.  (Did you know that in 2016 we supported on average 100 people a month and that by January of 2019 that figure had risen to over 400 people a month?)

With thanks to our dedicated staff, volunteers and board members (past and present) for their belief in what we do.  Thank you most of all to you, our community - without your belief in us none of this would be possible.

We would like to share a flavour of some of our activities with you.

The activities we run, and the people who participate, make our job so enjoyable and we thank them for the opportunities we have to create new links and promote new friendships.
